Delivery and associated Costs

Delivery is FREE on all orders with a minimum value of £100.00 to any UK Postcode. This includes mainland England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.

We aim to deliver your order quickly. Most items are dispatched for delivery within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, if ordered before 3pm, using Royal Mail or DPD Courier Service, with a standard 2-3 day turn around. If we expect your order to be delayed for any reason, such as high demand for a particular product or that the product you have chosen is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know when you can expect your order.

DPD Courier

Where products are delivered by Courier a signature will be required, so please ensure there will be someone available to take delivery of your order. Should tracking information be required, please let us know when placing your order and whether you would prefer this information to be sent to you by email or to your mobile number.

For the EXPORT of Coffee Machines, Water Boilers and other Electrical Items outside the UK we will source the appropriate courier service and charge accordingly.

There may also be an extra charge for deliveries to the Highlands & Islands and any other destinations not on the mainland.

Ordered goods will only be dispatched to the address connected to your PayPal account or credit card, for security reasons. Should you require delivery on a Saturday (stock permitting) there will be an extra charge of between £10-£15. Please contact us to confirm exact cost before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

The UKs Distance Selling Regulations allow you to cancel a contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or they are damaged or faulty, please advise us as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements for their safe return.

Should you wish to return the goods, please ensure that they are unopened and unused (except where damaged or faulty), complete with the paperwork enclosed with your delivery, accessories, manuals and original parts and original packaging, for a full refund or replacement. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are not damaged on their return journey and therefore recommend that they are well packaged and that you use a recorded delivery service with proof of dispatch and insurance, unless we have arranged collection. Risk of damage to or loss of goods being returned shall only pass to us at the time of delivery to us.

We will refund the cost of return postage only where goods have been received by you damaged or faulty.
